# Decibel

Decibel is an Elixir implementation of the [Noise Protocol Framework](https://noiseprotocol.org/).

## Installation

The package can be installed by adding `decibel` to your list of dependencies in `mix.exs`:

```elixir
def deps do
  [
    {:decibel, "~> 0.1.0"}
  ]
end
```
