ExIceberg is an Elixir library for interacting with Apache Iceberg.

## Installation
Add ex_iceberg to your list of dependencies in mix.exs:

```elixir
def deps do
  [
    {:ex_iceberg, "~> 0.1.0"}
  ]
end
```

We are using this [rest catalog implementation](https://github.com/hansetag/iceberg-catalog) for integration tests and Tabular to test the authentication workflow.
