Копипаст кода гема Ruby https://github.com/julik/ru_propisju на elixir.
Выводит сумму прописью, рублей и гривен. Помогает в выборе правильного числительного.

## Installation

If [available in Hex](https://hex.pm/docs/publish), the package can be installed
