## Usage

#Use ForecastIO Time API

{mega, secs, _ } = :os.timestamp
now = mega * 1000000 + secs
ForecastIO.start()
{:ok, result } = ForecastIO.forecast_time("28.6353","-106.0889", now)
current = ForecastIO.current(result)
