This is a derivative work: the library has been translated from Python to
Elixir. The lookup tables and regexes in lib/ftfy/data.ex are generated from
the reference Python implementation (version 6.3.1) by scripts/gen_data.py, and
the behavioral test corpus in test/test-cases/ is ported directly from
python-ftfy. These files therefore derive from, and are changed copies of,
material from the original project.
