**harnais**:  The base package of the Harnais family of  packages.

This package supports the other packages in the `Harnais` family.

Prior to `v1.0.0`, the package included (bundled) other modules, notably
the `Harnais.Runner` which are migrating into other `Harnais` or `Plymio` packages.

## Installation

Add **harnais** to your list of dependencies in <span class="underline">mix.exs</span>:

    def deps do
      [{:harnais, "~> 1.0.0"}]
    end
