- Disabled `use KineticEcto.RepoTransact` if Ecto 3.13 or later is installed, as
  it prevents compiling as the Ecto implementation of `Repo.transact/2` is not
  marked `overridable` and causes build failures.

  Unit tests for `KineticEcto.RepoTransact` were also removed.
