# LineBuffer

`LineBuffer` splits delimited message streams into a list of whole messages while
accumulating partial messages.

## Installation

This package can be installed by adding `line_buffer` to your list of dependencies in `mix.exs`:

```elixir
def deps do
  [{:line_buffer, "~> 1.0.0"}]
end
```
