# GA evidence & audit posture

This page is a **router** for the v1.4 GA narrative: it does not duplicate the GA matrix; it points to the canonical planning artifacts and packaged maintainer docs.

## Executed vs Waived

**Executed** means we ran the listed procedure or produced the named artifact for the milestone. **Waived** means a matrix row was intentionally not re-run for that cut, with a documented substitute (often CI) where applicable. Neither label moves integration or deployment risk to the library — your **host application** still owns those boundaries.
